What (summary)
- Make UberPatrol something that we'd be proud to have community members using
Why this is important
- The adult flag should work the way it does in the live site, it should be red when a page is flagged
- the "clear" link should also patrol the edits - it curretly does blank the page, but doesn't patrol so that page comes up again in Uber
- we'd like a "parking lot" link that removes the categories from a page and adds {{ParkingLot}} to the page
- an "undelete" link would also be great
