Money was taken from my account via the ATM when I was out the country and could not have possibly made the withdrawal. I reported it to Credit Mutuel and to the police but have had no explanation, C M just said it was not possible and nothing more, but it happened and I have people who can verify it ! In the French press it was reported that a similar mis use of a credit card occurred so it does happen and I am really cross! Where can I take my complaint, please?
