On one hand it’s a little embarrassing to toot our own horn. On the other hand it’s fun to celebrate milestones! As of last Friday, AboutUs.org has a three-digit Alexa ranking (top 1000 for the first time)! As you may know, Alexa rankings jump around a lot. While our 3-month average is now 983, yesterday we were at 1045.

I used to look at our own Alexa ranking too.
It certainly changed little about the results we had on Google, but at least it was fun to look at the Alexa graphs and stuff.
One thing I think Alexa has improved slightly, is updating thumbnail enlargements sooner, rather than storing ones 2 years old.

Was surfing through the net and someone has posted about Alexas top 1 million sites list which is available for Free now.
The Amazon Web Services used to charge for access to this list. It seems this free CSV download of worldwide sites are updated updated daily.
Was just wondering whether it is really so?
