Hi – I sent in a subscription application in June, my cheque has gone through my bank, but as yet I have not received my magazine. Any ideas why it is taking so long?? I am anxious to get my magazine, could you lead me to the correct place to find out??
I have been a memeber of 3 local agents for about 3 months now. The website is http://www.3localagents.com. I have given a gentleman named Patrick a $500 payment. I have received 2 leads and am fairly disgruntled. I have made numorous phone calls and emails to him and your company with no response. I need you to call me at 573-639-0530 so we can discuss my options and find a way to improve this service. If I do not hear from you, I will make it my personal vindetta to go to the better business bureau and put you out of business. You cannot take advantage of hard working insurance agents and expect us not to rise up and take back what you have stolen. If you call, I’m sure we can resolve this like adult business people. Your representative Patrick should be dealt with accordingly, that is if you fire people for never returning phone calls and never being available.
