Description
60 km (37.5 mi) long. Extends from the Port of Iberia, at the intersection of Commercial Canal and Rodere Canal, south for 17 km (10.5 mi), then southwest into Weeks Bay, then southwest for 43 km (27 mi), to the west of Shark Island and across Vermilion Bay, between Southwest Point and Marsh Island, across an unnamed bay, northwest of Lighthouse Point, into Southwest Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.
