- Hold a meeting with customers to go over the DevelopmentFastTrack process and solicit their feedback
- Tweak the process to include the feedback
- Implement the process for an iteration
Steps to get to DoneDone
Suggestion: follow the analysis we expect for any task, but do it informally and on the spot. That is, answer the questions: what is it, why is it important, and how will we know it is done?
Once these are answered, then justify to self, team, or company that this is important enough to risk not completing scheduled work.
